S Kumar Co. Ltd is a family-built business rooted in hard work, resilience, and a deep commitment to serving the Grenadian community.

Founded in 1994 by Mr. Kumar A. Shivnani, S Kumar began as a humble door-to-door venture, offering everyday essentials to customers across the island. Through consistency, trust, and an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit, that small operation grew into one of Grenada’s most recognized and trusted convenience stores.

In 1995, the first S Kumar store opened in St. George’s, marking the beginning of our journey in retail. Over the years, the business expanded with additional locations, including Neha’s Collection and the development of S Kumar Plaza. Each step reflected growth, adaptability, and a strong connection to the community we serve.

Though Mr. Shivnani passed away in 2016, his legacy continues to shape the company today. His values of integrity, leadership, and customer-first service remain at the heart of S Kumar.

In 2019, S Kumar entered a new chapter with the opening of our Grand Anse branch, proudly carrying forward his legacy while continuing to serve the Grenadian community with care, variety, and value.
